TERMS & CONDITIONS :
HighQ Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
In case of any hike in the hotel rates, the package cost will be amended accordingly. In case of a change in the train / flight schedule or timing resulting in an amendment of itinerary, cost will applicable, may be changed at the time of actual travel.
BOOKING TERMS
30% advance to be paid at the time of booking
Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to
change at the time of booking.
100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 20 days of departure
date.
100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of
departure date.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or
may be changed as per the Hotel clause
CANCELLATION POLICY (DOMESTIC)
If you Cancel your Holiday/Package
30 days or more before date of departure : 30% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
